I would rate this experience as a four to four and half star shopping experience. There was no indication there was 2 different tracking numbers - Ebay or seller communication problem.
Mannys sell great products . I wanted 4 of the same headphones for my Rodecaster so everyone heard the same sound for radio plays, recording, listening back etc Happy to keep shopping at Mannys. Very helpful staff.

Item as described, packaging was ...adequate, although a bit of padding would have been good. Prompt delivery, zero communication. Didn't receive any transaction updates apart from the automated eBay purchase confirmation and a txt from Auspost on the day of delivery. Great music products at a good price from an online store where the staff is close-mouthed and aloof. But hey, free sticker!

Super fast postage, great communication, good price. I received the item I ordered -HOWEVER please note that while the product inside was new and unused the box did not come ‘unopened’ as it was opened to replace a US cable. There was no note to say this would happen or had happened. When I saw the cut seals I contacted the seller to discuss it, I was told ‘that’s how it is’. All in all it’s fine but I suggested this should be known by the buyer before committing. No compensation was offered.
