Communications were very good and always polite.
There were issues with the unit being different to the picture of the one listed which went un-noticed
until I drew it to attention.
It seems Zoom has replaced the original well built power supply this current flimsy unit which I don't believe is
really tough enough for the job of powering a camera under the rigours of live band use.
Not Manny's fault however, hence my positive feedback.
They did their best to make things right.

Item as described, packaging was ...adequate, although a bit of padding would have been good. Prompt delivery, zero communication. Didn't receive any transaction updates apart from the automated eBay purchase confirmation and a txt from Auspost on the day of delivery. Great music products at a good price from an online store where the staff is close-mouthed and aloof. But hey, free sticker!

I received the item I ordered -HOWEVER please note that while the product inside was new and unused the box did not come ‘unopened’ as it was opened to replace a US cable. There was no note to say this would happen or had happened. When I saw the cut seals I contacted the seller to discuss it, I was told ‘that’s how it is’. All in all it’s fine but I suggested this should be known by the buyer before committing. No compensation was offered.
