This item arrived in new condition but over a week late. I contacted the seller twice after the item had not shipped in the stated time, but got no response either time. I ended up buying another pair of cleats because I didn’t hear back from the seller and didn’t know what to expect. I’ve bought from this seller before with no issues but won’t purchase from them again after this transaction.
