I don't need remote access via internet just need to observe what's happening outside. Some tips are when in Normal OR Smart mode to get full screen right click then left click the full screen icon then put the cursor to the bottom of the screen for play/ rev etc. In live view click zoom icon to get full screen. Put DVR number into Youtube look for PInnock's home installation.
