Hello Brendan, Going off the pictures you provided it is clear the radiator was damaged by the freight company in transit. As soon as you notified us of this issue we organised with you to return the damaged radiator and offered to either replace the radiator or refund you the purchase price. As soon as you told us you wanted a refund we instantly refunded you. As the damage to the radiator was not our fault and we have refunded as soon as you requested can you please reconsider this feedback?
