Presume damage done in shipping and heat gun nozzle lost in transit.Seems tested before packing ”hot” into packaging… melted bits of polystyrene stuck to heat gun. Heat/blower work, but heat adjustment dial (Potentiometer) does not alter heat range and will have to source replacement threaded pipe/nozzle before unit is usable.I give seller (rating) benefit of doubt for damage/ lost nozzle as I presume was done in transit.
