No protection on box so when opened box I found that charger internals are no longer connected to the outside. It does seem to work and screams to tell you when fully charged. I told them (Argos) to look in Sainsbury's store room (the shop is in a Sainsbury's store) and they still couldn't find it. Just about to give up and they found it.
