    Great Service

    We use this on our Franke hot and cold water dispenser and have only bought the official product. We do not have any problems - as it is only changed once during the year - and use GRL Direct as they have always been so helpful and go the extra mile for their clients. This time we went through ebay and it was just as easy to make the purchase. Somewhat pricy but worth the money for peace of mind with the product.

    Easy to install but very expensive

    Previous Pro M filter had lasted 8 months. New filter was very easy and straight forward to connect and with minimal water leakage. However at £80 it is expensive in comparison to other filters. Same fixed price everywhere I looked. Definitely something to consider when choosing a tap.
