    This Capacitor/Relay was the only component needed to bring a dead fridge back to life!

    A little different shape than the original, but worked like a charm. The manufacturer's part would have cost $50.00, but this was only $7.50 and included free shipping. Nice to have my Whirlpool refridgerator/freezer back in action!

    Relay switch

    I noticed a several second buzzing becoming more frequent over several weeks. This appeared to be the compressor start relay switch which did rattle when shaken, a sign of deterioration. I replaced it with the new switch/ capacitor and it seems to be working fine.
