This item took a while to work but it scares all the flies away every time I turn it on. Finally I had some dead flies at the bottom of the zapper which is a good sign. Will keep it and keep it plugged in to see if it will improve over time. Also, did this item come with a removable base plate or not? I think I saw somewhere that it was advertised with a plastic bottom that could be removed to empty out the dead pests. I can't seem to find anything removable at all on this contraption! Help!!!

I would never recommend this trader. What they advertise is not what they send. I asked them why and they responded with, "we forgot to change the photo". Big problem is the same description and photo are still on their sale site and what they supply is an inferior product sold elsewhere on Ebay for half the price. They also trade and advertise the same item as: bellajia (8,603) I also contacted but with no reply or response Do not trust this trader at all, they also cheat on return labels
