Sent these guys my PCM off my 2001 superduty 7.3l because it wasn’t grounding my glow plug relay to activate glow plugs. They said it works fine nothing wrong w it works glow plugs on our test engine fine (not true) said pcm works perfect nothing wrong w it. BUT we went ahead and did (preventative maintenance) on it and sent it back. Now it won’t even start my truck I had to buy a new PCM and truck runs perfect. After 30 calls they still refuse to make it right take ur pcm somewhere else trust

Your PCM ran our shop truck before it was shipped back to you. You sent it back to us, the PCM again immediately started our shop truck with no issues and no active codes. The PCM was repaired and works perfectly on our truck. We can't fix a non existent issue.

Perfect! I followed the emailed instructions to a “T”, sent it in, and they called me back letting me know what the technician had done and sent it back. Truck runs like new again for a fraction of the cost of a remanufactured unit. Description stated 10-15 working days and that’s about what it was. Couldn’t be happier!

Service is as described and better. They replaced my old ecm case for free, wasn’t even expecting that. They include picture of your repaired ecm being tested and passing all parameters. I contacted them via eBay and they responded within a minute to answer my question. Again, wasn’t expecting that. I can be a picky customer and this business excelled all my expectations. They got my Jeep ECM back in about 2 weeks and it works great. Quick note, they do not contact you after you ship it off to them until they are done so don't expect emails telling you that they received it or anything. Would definitely do business with them again!
