I purchased the item in question and no sooner had I paid for it , I then spotted the same item on ebay being advertised by the same people same advert only £42 cheaper. So i contacted them and they refused to do it at the same price , with whst i might call in a very rude way. So after agreeing to disagree, I cancelled the order for a refund in the they did. We disagree with this statement. We have informed the customer that he needs to remember to pay import duty. We have freed the customer to use an offer from us. Unfortunately he did not understand this!!!
And our negative reviews are simply from English people who do not understand that they do not belong to the EU and then have to pay import duty in your country!!!!!
