All in all it’s fine but I suggested this should be known by the buyer before committing. No compensation was offered.

Great product for the price and easy to use
This microphone is great for the price. I just plugged it into my PC and it works with all the software I use. Sounds great and does exactly what it is supposed to do!! I bought this microphone for podcasts and voice overs and it performs these purposes well. I did not have to install any other software and it has a USB input so no adapters or pre-amps are required. It fit a microphone recording booth (portable) I had just purchased and has a headphone jack, which is great. NO real dislikes! I was also considering buying the Blue Spark but this was more costly and does not have a USB input (that I am aware of). I would like to compare the Rode Podcaster with the Blue Spark if I ever get one!This microphone is great for the price. I just plugged it into my PC and it works with all the software I use. Rode its heavy but solid
The Rode podcaster is a craftsmanship and quality. It’s stlyish, and simplisity itself when setting it up. But that doesn’t mean the Rode podcaster has placed form before function. The sound quality is excellent. Although the Rode pod caster is heavy, it isn’t designed as as a handheld and is best paired with a Rode boom or desk mount. If you are after a mic and want quality with a 10 year warranty then Rode podcaster is what you are after.The Rode podcaster is a craftsmanship and quality.
