Have had an unknown itchy dark red patch on my thigh about 8 inch in diameter for 3 weeks, used the gel for 3 days the patch is now pink and about 2 inch wide, gel did sting for a few seconds on application, I did use more then 3 times a day, having tried so many other creams ect that did not work, this gel was amazing hopefully in a few more days the annoying patch will be gone, highly recommend this gel definitely worked for me.
