      Great little pan for æbleskivers.

      It's not like my grandmothers, but the recipe worked just the same. It's been awhile since I'd made them, but they came out the same as always, light and fluffy. It's a great deal for the price.

      HATE pre-seasoning texture on cast iron.

      I don't make ebelskiver ... but it's the perfect pan to pan fry quail eggs. The pre-seasoning texture is ubiquitous and unfortunate, alas.

      This Aebleskiver is a bit smaller than I hoped but it will work fine. I wish that it came pre-seasoned but it and easy fix.
