Interestingly enough, I could have sworn the description for it said no web cam and yet it does in fact have one. Not a downside, just a note I figured I should add. After a bit of work, it's pretty easy to install Linux on it, and it seems to work for my mother's needs. Thank you so much, it not only works better, but was also cheaper, than my mother's useless netbook she had to return!

This laptop requires a 230W adapter and was received with a 90W adapter and the wrong cord to go from the adapter to the wall. When I contacted them about it, I got a quick reply, and apology, and quick shipping on the correct adapter with a tracking number. GREAT customer service!! I highly recommend this seller and would buy from them again!! A+++++
