    Title description was exact.

    New pump, poor package for a heavy pump. Shipper had to Rebox as the original box broke and pump fell out breaking electrical cord. Pump weigh of 35lbs required more than foam peanuts in a too large box. UPS stepped up on this job to get it done. Pump is installed and has probably moved well over 100,000 gallons of septic water.
