In Guild Wars: Nightfall, players defend the continent of Elona from a mad ruler's attempt to free an outcast god and bring darkness to the land. Released as a stand-alone game, but also as an expansion to previous Guild Wars titles, Nightfall features riddles to solve, two additional character professions, 300 skills, 250 quests, 55 explorable areas, 20 story missions, three challenge missions, four added guild halls, and hero battles that focus on player-versus-player combat. Nightfall characters can choose to become a Dervishes (holy warriors) or Paragons (guardian angels chosen by gods). Nightfall also introduces heroic companions, which function as customizable henchmen that stay with the player's character from one adventure to the next. The game offers a tutorial for beginners, cooperative play in top-end dungeons for two players, and online competitive action against other players. Guild Wars long time player
This is the third entry into the Guild Wars series, I've both of the others and even have the G.W.E.N. title that came after this one. I own two accounts and recently got someone else interested in playing. The graphics are very good and game play is very good too. They have GW2 now, but this original series still feels like "home". It was one of the first, though not "the" first RPGMMO that I started playing, but it is still one of my favorites.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
