You have got to give Lotte Berk Method videos a try. I started with the Muscle eats fat and had to buy the box set. So just go ahead and get the box set. Your'll love it and you will feel a diffrence in one day not 10 days. Other people will see a diffrence in less then one week, and you will lose the weight. Never thought I could go from a size 14 to a size 8 in less then 3 months with out having to stop eating the foods I love. I can even eat at all you can eat places and refill my plate 3 times and not gain weight. No other video or exercise equipment will make you get up an hour early to work out with. Amaze yourself and others, and do not keep this a secret from your friends. Lotte Berk - You and your company ROCKS!!!You have got to give Lotte Berk Method videos a try. I do like this DVD set. I viewed the dvd's before doing it and thought it looked too simple however, after doing it the next day I was sore deep in my leg muscles. I haven't been doing them consistently because honestly I'm being very lazy but if I did, I do see how I could get great results. The problem with other workouts is they are very long and you need too many props ie weights, step ups and on and on. This was short, no real props needed other than a chair and you aren't so winded you cant finish so you are likely to do it again. You can also just play another dvd right after if you want to continue working out. This is an overall thumbs up. I like it.I do like this DVD set. Best workout video I've ever done!
One of the things I liked the most when I started is that it was a challenge. It literally kicked my butt in the beginning, but that is what I was looking for. They tell you in 10 days you'll feel a difference in 20 days you'll SEE a difference... well I saw a difference in 10 days for sure! I felt great and I can tell that I am accomplishing my goals doing this system! Buying all 4 videos is a great idea because you can rotate between them and hit all areas that you want to. LOVE IT! I can do this in my home, I can see a difference after 1 month and I don't sweat up a storm. Great investment in my health and strength. The workouts are only 30 minutes long- easy to do at night and with the stretching I've only been a little sore once or twice after the workout. I reccomend this set to anyone who wants to get stronger and leaner but cannot do "jumping around" workouts.LOVE IT! I can do this in my home, I can see a difference after 1 month and I don't sweat up a storm. Great investment in my health and strength.
