Exactly as pictured and they're strong enough. The seller cares about their customers and product. Things were packaged and padded well. I don't have a micron measurement of how thick the nickle coating is but it does cover the magnets completely and seems sturdy. Would order magnets from this seller again. The first package disappeared into the bowels of the post office. Seller sent out a second shipment and was easy to talk to.
