    Seller listed this item as "new", no pictures of the item, only the box. When it arrived, it was clearly apparent the unit had been used. I immediately contacted the seller who came back as saying they thought it was new. I requested a $40 credit and the last communication seemed like that might be granted, that was two weeks ago and I've had no communication from them since. As the seller has a 99.2% positive score I did not expect this. This wouldn't be happening if the seller took pictures

    THE ITEM WAS CLEARLY UNUSED ! THE CUSTOMER ALREADY RECEIVED A HUGE DISCOUNT OFF THE ORIGINAL ASKING PRICE , CLAIMED THAT THE ITEM WAS USED A TRIED TO HIT ME UP FOR ANOTHER $40 . INSTEAD OF SENDING IT BACK, PER EBAY POLICY, THE CUSTOMER DECIDED TO USE THE ITEM.
