The best eBay seller I have ever encountered! The lamps were shipped in 3 boxes and carefully packed right in several layers of bubble wrap, larger air filled bags and popcorn. The expense the seller goes to to assure safe delivery is unreal and well worth the shipping price. If I could give her 1000 stars I would. Wow, just WOW! This seller is terrific, once again I believe the postal service dropped the package because both tiles were broken. I can’t emphasize enough how carelessly they have been handling the delivery process. I implore the sellers to package the item and then put the box into another box with peanuts. I’m getting disheartened because they have broken five hogan young tiles in the last month. I’m just trying to complete my mother’s kitchen with some of his folk arts. Thank you for understanding.
