1st White Steel #1 knife to experience the blade sharpness and edge holding capability. Time will tell but this was dull out of the box and barely cut paper without ripping it. I used my diamond honing rod on it and it immediately cut the paper better but need to see how much better it will be by putting in a session on a whetstone. Not much detail on the knife as it is very rough with dent marks on the spine and blade but not on the actual edge.
