The posters was wrapped up so tight with tissue paper stuffed down the middle of it, wrapped in more tissue paper and then taped, taped, and more tape covering the whole thing. Refunded buyer in full and in addition remailed via Priority Mail (packed differently) a complete new set of posters for free in effort to resolve amicably. I have had my storefront on E-bay for several years and pride myself on customer service as many of my customers are numerous repeat buyers. This is the first negative feedback after 100's of transactions dropping my overall rating to 97.5 Percent from 100 %!
