The seller replaced the Procter Screen but I have tried to use the product four times with the same results. I have followed the instructions to the letter and the bubbles will not come out . The product is not the same quality I have used before. Very disappointing

The buyer sent us photos showing that the screen protector had not been fitted correctly. As a gesture of goodwill, we replaced the screen protector free of charge so that they could try again, but closely following the instructions. To receive this negative feedback is so disappointing after we did everything we could to help them.

Shipping from the UK to Australia is slow but I like to support the original manufacturer. The product is packaged excellent. I did have some issues when installing and it does have some glare now but I will put up with it to keep my screen scratch free. A matt finnish would be ideal.
