Moissanite is not a natural diamond. I think you should read the "Item specifics" before buying. I asked the buyer three times to return the rings for a full refund, but the buyer ignored my message. Unfortunately, we cannot offer the free rings, which must be returned for a refund.

The Earings that I received were NOT as described They were very badly damaged and can NOT be used as I took them to a jewellers Shop to try and fix the posts on both earrings but jewellers advise me that they would break. I notified seller of what the jeweller said so they cannot be used at all, but seller gave me partial refund after coming back from overseas trip.

When I originally received the bracelet, the post office had broken it into several pieces. I contacted the owner and explained the situation. A replacement was immediately sent out to me. When I received the replacement, luckily it wasn’t damaged in the mail. The bracelet is absolutely gorgeous! High quality and even prettier in person than in the pictures.
