After two weeks item hadn't shipped. I sent a message saying either send the item or refund my money. Seller said they couldn't find the item and refunded saying I chose to cancel. I would have had one on time for my granddaughters birthday if they'd just said they couldn't find it and ignored their shipping reminders.
