Ad states they ship via FedEx however they ship USPS Ground. I sent correspondence to the Seller as soon as I was notified a shipping label was created to ask why it was being shipped USPS Ground when it states FedEx. Lame excuse.
The shipping container was damaged. It was 3/4 open at top and there were 2 holes in the sides of the box. One was large with the point where the armrest attaches was exposed, it was chewed up a little and protruding from the box. BEWARE. I WILL NOT USE SELLER AGAIN!!
