    I ordered on April 17, but soon found a cheaper and faster alternative. I asked to cancel the order and refund, with a prompt response asking "why?" then no responses for almost 3 weeks while I occasionally attempted to ask again. Got a notification that it was shipped only to them get a response "sorry I've been sick for two weeks." Too sick to check your messages, but not too sick to go to the post office? At least it was expedited, but absolutely terrible communicator. Great patch otherwise.
