This is my only negative feedback in 20 years of buying on eBay.
Firstly, the photo shown in the listing is the wrong item, it's a completely different model, so very misleading.
Even after pointing this out, the ad remains unchanged.
Secondly, the product was poorly packed resulting in damage to the item's box, not impressed as it was a for birthday gift.
Thirdly, ineffective and slow to respond communication from the seller.
The only positive for this transaction was the fast delivery.

The item was as advertised. Best to always use delivery company that can knock on the door and allow the home owner to accept the package. Just dumping the package on the door step and leaving isn't good business, especially now that the world has so many thieves stelling packages. Maybe use Australia post instead.
