    The definition of nightmare experience. Item was not as described in description- states in new condition, but sent with obvious wear conditions. It looked like dry milk stains on seat, toys. Photos show no missing pieces but the iconic piano piece was nowhere to be found. Packaged in such a flimsy box. When contacting the seller; was completely rude and uncompromising. Had to wait for eBay to step in to issue refund. Would not advise to do business with this person. Completely delusional liar
