All they did for me is waste my time! I gave them five days before reaching out and asking them to please get my items in the mail but they never answered me or sent the items. I was more than reasonable, giving them ample time but I was just blatantly ignored. Purchase was eventually refunded without explanation. He never messaged me about the items being gifts until it was too late. I would have kindly obliged, but it was too close to the holidays. I said I was unhappy that they didn’t ship after five days and that frankly, I felt they owed me expedited shipping. Is that threatening and aggressive? And they’re suggesting that they would have shipped quickly if I had sent a message asking them to do that when they’re expected to do that anyway! Think about that, just bad business! They’re also admitting To seeing my messages, but refused to respond! That’s the truth!
