    Soles completely disintegrated after one use. Cobbler says it’s easy to determine if this will happen by bending them. Given this seller sells - offloads - many vintage shoes of this sort - they must know this. That ‘divot’ is a sole on its way to crumbling away…beware.

    I would have happily refunded your money had you contacted me. The soles appeared to be fine to the naked eye. That can happen with vintage shoes and it's unfortunate. The information from your cobbler is helpful. I wish you would have let me know and I would have remedied the situation. I have many happy customers and are pleased to work with them if there are any issues.
