I am very disappointed with this seller. After ordering and paying for two packs of Duo Lock Snaps from this seller, I only received one in the post. Thinking this was a small oversight on their part, I made contact and explained the situation.
Their reply was that they could not possibly have made a mistake, inferring that I was lying!
I could see how the mistake could have been made, as the snap size ordered is a Size 2, and I had ordered 2 packs. However after three emails no resolution.

Our shipping protocol is to have a person pick an order, and another person to pack the order and check the order is correct for shipping.
