      HP Genuine Ink Cartridges

      The product is of course first class as you would expect from HP. As such I have to give it full marks. Regarding value for money however we all know that genuine manufacturer inks are vastly overpriced so it had to be marked down. I have nearly always used reputable compatibles without any problem but HP refused to honour their warranty on a printer because they said that use of compatibles invalidated the warranty. Their software logs if a compatible is ever used in their printers. I therefore am compelled to use genuine cartridges during the warranty period thus my purchase of this item.

      Faulty product

      It said ink cartridges was hp genuine but did not work on my hp printer ( which it stated my product hp office jet 6950 was compatible) Plus when I opened the box there was ink leaking all over. Very disappointed
