    Bam! -- Instant improvement

    I was overseas when my laptop flickered and went black. Couldn't reboot it. Used another device to research my model's blinking LED error codes. Blinking 3 times seemed to indicate a memory error. I did not dare risk my solid state drive data to local computer repair by non-English speaking workers. So I just went online and looked for a good price on this chip, which was here when I returned. Popped it in, Bam! Booted right away. Plus I now have 6GB ram instead of only 4. Very happy with this purchase.

    After market RAM

    Attempted to use 3rd party compatible RAM as add-on to original but it failed. Found this Samsung RAM with exact same part number as original and it worked perfectly.

    New life for an older lappy.
