    Title describes the content of the movie well

    This is the second time I watched Backdraft. I did not remember all that much about the first time I watched it but after watching a second time in HD, will remember it well. I have the digital version and wanted to see if HD made it look as good or better than regular dvd did. It sure was an improvement! My LG BH200 really does an excellent job of reproducing the colors of the fire as well as scenery. I like Ron Howard as the director because of the many movies he has done. I like the actors in the movie and wanted to see them again.

    Awsome Movie thats all i can say...

    I watched this movie when it first came out and i loved the special effects and how spooky the fire was when it got sucked under the door and then blasted out, Two Brothers (Kurt Russell)and (William Baldwin)are trying to figure out who the arsonist is starting fires throughout the city and killing firefighters, While at the same time competing on who is the better firefighter but at the end the younger brother (William Baldwin) winds up saving his older brother, An excellent movie to rent or buy for that matter.

    Well i really appreciate this movie being a fire fighter myself! it has a really good look on like they say fire has its own mind! and it really does it moves and thinks before it acts! This movie is a really good movie a must have, a stellar cast! if you love fire fighter movies this is a must! Dont forget YOU GO... WE GO!!!!

    Backdraft

    This is a good movie. But as with all purchases, you need to make sure you are getting what you want and need. This movie is a HD-DVD and I had to upgrade my stuff to watch it. Good flick though...

    I didn't know

    I was unaware of the difference of an HD dvd and a regular DVD. Unfortunately I purchased a product that can't be used. But i'm sure it would great if I could!
