Black Rock exploding griddle pan.
I bought it for the steaks on Christmas day and the first time I tried it, bang, it exploded. I did exactly as it said on the instructions, 5 minutes on low heat, 5 minutes on medium heat and 2 minutes on high. After 1 minute on high it exploded, and it was left in two pieces split in two right across the middle. Good but ruff.
It was a good quality and is good for steak and anything you cook that doesn't require a smooth plate the so called smooth side is a ruff finish so it's hard to scrap up off if you make things like beef patteburgers or eggs.
