It has an incredibly loud buzzing noise- louder than music played. Ok, so thought I would try and download software to see if buzzing sound is recorded. Instructions wrong. Eventually find download elsewhere. Downloaded and installed FIVE times but still could not get it to load/work. I can hear some of the original music on cassette recording v v faintly underneath. Waste of my time. One star on item description was a mistake - should be zero
