these had all been sterile jars it would seem , no issues there , but you cannot get the material back out of the jars without breaking it up , leaving a top grow or remixing the substrate into another round of material , either way i would try to go for jars that have a flush exit to be able to get the cakes back out of the jars for fruiting once colonized .
