I received my items (2) prior to the expected delivery date and the quality, appearance and condition of them looked great. Unfortunately to date, I have not been able to fill the atomizers as they do not not accomodate my perfume nozzle properly. All I ended up with is perfume dribbling everywhere which defeats the object and is a waste of a good and reasonably expensive perfume.

Having this bulky item in a standard envelope only with no added protection was the issue. The rips in the envelope were not made when I opened the envelope, but occurred during transit. Thankfully the item itself was not damaged and arrived fully in tact. See photos for damage sustained during transit

Sendle was the original carrier and they should have requested a home address and not accepted a parcel locker address. This is my only comment and recommendation to ensure buyers are instructed accordingly. Thanks very much
