Great dispenser, the only one of 3 different types I have tried that dispenses thick liquids easily.
The only downside is lack of instructions WHICH YOU NEED to separate the chrome cover from the base you screw to the wall.
HERE ARE THE INSTRUCTIONS: There are 4 slots in the bottom (next to where you inset the key) and you insert a flat bladed screwdriver about 50mm in and carefully lever apart the cover and base.

A 2nd helpful hint to make it easier to remove the white protective film. There are 2 white buttons on each side of the dispenser. Use the flat bladed screwdriver to pop off these buttons first, THEN remove the protective film and then replace the buttons for a much neater finish. The more I use this dispenser the better I like it. It dispenses just the right amount of lotion with just one pull of the lever.
