The seller shipped in a timely manner. However, the USPS lost the item. That was not the seller’s fault. I had a difficult time getting anyone to help with this issue. USPS refused any help and wouldn’t put a trace on the item. eBay kept delaying making a decision. And despite messaging the seller twice, I received no acknowledgment . The only post sale communication from seller was asking me to revise feedback. That’s the reason for negative feedback!
