    Basic replacement, nothing more...

    It's a very inexpensive, basic alternative to an OEM unit. No features...simply a fuel cap. It does not have provisions to attach the stock tether, therefore, you'd have to rest it on the trunk of the car while fueling. Not a huge deal, but would be nice to have something to allow placement during fill-ups. I'll have to look at it in-depth next time I'm at the gas station, but I don't recall seeing any pressure-regulated venting features as does the stock unit. Not sure how this will impact the fuel system long term. I'm using it on my daily beater/driver 03 Accord EX-V6 so not overly concerned but also wouldn't want to damage anything either. Cost was half the price of the same part at the local auto parts store. Great value.

    Get an original

    Only fits if you fool around with it doesn’t make a good seal and the check engine light will come on. BUY AN ORIGINAL PART! It will save you a lot of time for a few more $$$$ but it is what I paid for and I needed a cap .

    Well

    The gas cap fits great , i kinda jumped the gun on getting this , i looked later and found an exact lexus gas cap for about $2 more and I'm kicking myself for not getting that one. My girl likes this one better as she didn't like the piece where its attached to the car. Im not trying to knock this little fella cause he's working out just fine. Hasnt made my vsc light go off as i was told it might so wtf .. guess back to the drawing board

    Good fit for aftermarket filler neck

    Replaced fuel filler neck with a Spectra Premium (Autozone) brand on Toyota Sienna and oem gas cap no longer fit, causing check engine light illumination, so after contacting Spectra, they recommended this cap as a suitable alternative which was a good fit and check engine light then went off.
