Worst experience ever!!! Safety issue do not buy from. Was sent a drag link in no packaging and got damaged on shipping. Literally a giant bar with soft links on each end was thrown into a cheap box and shipped out. I sent pics to seller and took days to respond. Said it’s ok install it. So I brought to mechanic and he said looks very cheaply made and not a new part. Rebuilt. But installed as advised and being on time crunch since part took 2-3 weeks. Part stripped out. No response from seller.

Seller shipped item almost over week after ordering. Extremely long shipping, after receiving item with damages due to no protection for item in shipping box. Just when you think how much worse can a transaction be, then customer service is a lot worse. I sent 3 pictures of damages on item and that’s not enough for seller. The guy does not value anybody’s time except his own. I will not go back-and-forth with messages. It’s very simple process. Very bad quality part. Brackets slightly off
