The incline bench isn’t a sturdy build. It is easy to put together. There is no adjustable height, it comes with small handles, not sure if the upgraded larger handles would actually fit the machine due to the size of the bench. It is not foldable. The whole machine lifts up when using the resistance bands - it is light. It’s uncomfortable locking the legs in place. For $85 it does the job for incline sit-ups. I feel the handles might break off when using it for push-ups.
