Tiny little short blade. I guess I need a tiny Chinese jig saw. 😁 Not the sellers fault but good grief. Just when you think the Chinese junk can't get any worse. Notice how the blade retracts ALL THE WAY IN on the jig saw. Junk.

wow, this is a first, your jigsaw is in the up position sir - when you turn it on it will go down and up that is when the jigsaw blade will protrude through the bottom and cut, These standard 3" blades work fine on every jigsaw machine I own so I am not sure why you are having such difficulty unless you have a base plate over an inch thick?
