It's a great bed, my dog used it immediately and has used it often. Unfortunately it isn't suitable for the bedroom as it makes a lot of noise when the dogs getting in and out.
There is a loud crinkly noise from the material used to cover the soft bedding material.
I feel like this is due to the canvass like material and its probably necessary for water proofing. It would be nice if the bed came with an extra, softer cover that doesn't make noise.

Extremely well packaged and mirror is as described. Freight company would have to be the worst company in the world, which isn't the sellers issue, but I would never use fed ex tnt. Mirror was missed delivery first day and delivered to neighbours the second day after asking to be redelivered. I have always had bad experiences with fed ex tnt.
