It’s states in add that there 316 stainless. I know my stainless. 316 is non magnetic
& marine grade.
304 stainless on the other hand is slightly magnetic & food grade.
These staple are slightly attracted to a Magnet. Meaning there not 316.

"is 316 Stainless Steel Magnetic?" This is the exact response.
With its higher nickel composition range, 316 is considered the "most nonmagnetic" stainless steel. However, an item of 316 stainless steel which has significant welding or machining may be sufficiently magnetic to produce a noticeable attraction when brought near a magnet.
I'm not claiming to be an authority in all things Stainless Steel, Google it. :)
