It doesn't matter where you fit within the make up of your place of work, this book gives you ideas for recognizing the efforts of all employees. It includes examples from managers to direct reports, from suppliers to customers, corporate level, and even international groups. This book also gave me ideas for recognizing my family, friends and church group. The tips will help you regenerate spirits everywhere you go. It encourages you to be kinder then necessary, laugh more and to not take yourself so darn serious.It doesn't matter where you fit within the make up of your place of work, this book gives you ideas for recognizing the efforts of all employees. This book is a must have for everyone that interacts with others on ANY level. It is a great reminder of why we should care about one another and the significance of doing so. It also provides great ideas for letting those we are in close contact with a special reminder 'why' they are important to our lives. As described by Barbara A. Glanz, in her book, C=Creative Communication A=Atmosphere and Appreciation for All R=Respect and Reason for Being E=Empathy and Enthusiasm Highly recommended and easy reading too!This book is a must have for everyone that interacts with others on ANY level.
